After graduation, Jill joined Ford Motor Company as a Zone Manager, where she consulted with Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury dealerships across the Midwest. In this role, she advised on profitability, inventory management, strategic marketing, customer satisfaction, and sales best practices.

In 2007, Jill returned to the family business and has since enjoyed working side by side with her father, Nick Rassbach, as business partners. A lifelong resident of Menomonie, Jill has deep local knowledge and takes pride in serving and giving back to her community.

With over 30 years of experience, Jill has the expertise to guide clients through all their real estate needs—and she is committed to exceeding expectations. As a third-generation real estate professional, she is proud to carry on the legacy established by her grandfather, Tib Rassbach, who founded the company in 1961.

JILL is a licensed Broker/Owner with Rassbach Realty LLC, a long established family business located in Menomonie, WI. JILL graduated from the U of MN Twin Cities Carlson School of Business with a Major in Marketing & a Minor in Business Law. Upon graduation, she took a corporate job with Ford Motor company as a Zone Manager, consulting with Ford Lincoln Mercury dealers in the Midwest on profitability, inventory needs, strategic marketing plans, customer satisfaction procedures and selling best practices. Returning to the family business in 2007, Jill has enjoyed working side by side her father, Nick Rassbach, as Business Partners. Jill's knowledge of the area being born and raised in Menomonie is top notch and she is proud to work in and give back to her hometown. Erik is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. For 10 years, he served Menomonie residents as a member of the Menomonie Police Department before becoming a Realtor in 2003. Erik is dedicated to helping his clients find the home of their dreams. Bridgette has lived in the Connorsville area all of her life. She and her husband, Brent, married in 2003 and began a family in 2004. They have two children, Mitchell and Emma, that keep them very busy. Bridgette loves watching her children play sports and spending her weekends fishing, 4-wheeling, and just relaxing up north at their cabin.
